Stanislav Gomberg, Esq.

Stanislav Gomberg is an established trial attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients in New York State, federal, and appellate courts. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Mr. Gomberg is known for aggressive yet disciplined advocacy, regularly representing clients against insurance companies, mortgage lenders, and parties engaged in wrongful or abusive conduct. His approach balances strategic litigation with practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

He earned his Bachelor of Science from Stony Brook University (2011) and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law (2014). Mr. Gomberg is a member of the New York State Bar Association and was recognized in the Top Attorneys of North America 2021–2022 for professional achievement and leadership.
